Career

I have partnered with clients to help them address the following types of questions and situations.  Some decisions were simple and apparent, others took time to explore and address.  Through focus each client was able to clarify the next steps on their path.

Transition – Pursuing a New Position or New Career

  • Are you clear on what’s motivating change?  Is it in the right direction?
  • Are you clear on what this next step (or steps) should look like?
  • How will you accomplish this change?
  • What are you fearing most?  What is most exciting?

Transition – Starting a New Position

  • I want to start off strong.  I need a 30/60/90 day plan.
  • I’m still not clear how to be successful.  Communications and culture are difficult.
  • I’m starting to get overwhelmed – so much coming so fast.

Interviewing Skills

  • I’m interviewing for management / senior management positions but…
    • I’m concerned (scared) I’m not qualified
    • I’m not sure how to present myself
    • I’m not sure what to expect / what type of questions to expect
  • I’ve had many interviews but no offers.  What’s wrong?
  • It’s been a long time since I last interviewed.  What should I expect? How far can I push it?

Defining a Career Path

  • I’m happy in my career and want to reach the next level, but I’m not clear how.
  • I’m interviewing for a new job but have reservations (fear) about leaving my current one.
  • I hate the job I’m stuck in.  I need to get out and make more money.

Each of us has the opportunity for a fulfilling life, to be happy and at peace.  The sooner you examine where you are against your Values, Needs and Wants, the sooner you can start realizing fulfillment.

Just like a coach helps Olympic athletes reach full athletic ability, I partner with clients to help them achieve personal and professional potential.
